How Do I Locate My Product Serial Number?

This article contains information about where to find your device(s) serial number.

The serial number for many Logitech personal workspace products can be found in the free Logi Tune and Logi Options+ software.
The serial number for many Logitech video conferencing room products can be found in the Logitech Sync App or through the Logitech Sync Portal.

Personal Workspace Products

For Business mice, keyboard, and webcam serial numbers can be found in Logi Tune by selecting your product from the main page. The serial number is located beneath the product image.

Both consumer and For Business mice and keyboard serial numbers can be found in Options+ by selecting your product from the main page and then Settings. The serial number is located on the right hand side of the page.

Many Logitech video conferencing systems, camera bars, and video conferencing accessory serial numbers can be found in the Logitech Sync App. If an information icon is present, click it to display the product serial number.

Logitech video conferencing product serial numbers can also be found in the Logitech Sync Portal. Select the room the product is assigned to then select the product on the left. Click on the information icon on the right to display the serial number.
