4.3 How to Submit a Bug Report

If you encounter an issue with the following products, you can send a bug report to Logitech Business support. Your report will help our team to quickly troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  • Rally Board 65

  • Rally Bar

  • Rally Bar Mini

  • Rally Bar Huddle

  • MeetUp 2

  • RoomMate

  • Tap IP

  • Tap Scheduler

Before you send a bug report, we recommend opening a ticket with prosupport.

Note: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and Rally Bar Huddle equipped with CollabOS 1.13.0 or higher support Video and Audio bug reporting. A connected touch controller is necessary for submitting Video and Audio bug reports from the roo

  1. Open device settingsĀ and select About.

  2. Tap on Report an issue.

  1. Press the ↻ Reset button 3 times to automatically generate a bug report and send it to Logitech if an internet connection is present.

Sync App

  1. Connect the device to the room PC and open the Sync app (Download here)

  2. Select the device

  3. Click ⋮ menu icon and select Report an Issue.

  1. Activate andĀ loginĀ to Local Network Access.

  2. Navigate to AboutĀ and click REPORT AN ISSUE.

Sync Portal

  1. Log into Sync Portal.

  2. Navigate to InventoryĀ in the ā€œMeeting Roomsā€ tab, and then select the appropriate device.

  3. Click ā‹® menu icon and select Send bug report.

Report Issue with Video

To report a video issue, you must be in Room or have Remote UI Access.

  1. Go to device settings and select About.

  2. Select Report issue.

  3. Select Report issue with Video

Report Issue with Audio

To report an audio issue, you must be in Room or have Remote UI Access.

  1. Go to device settings and select About.
