How to troubleshoot Logitech GROUP image and focus
Update Software
Logitech GROUP has an autofocus camera and should self-adjust to focus on the speaker. If youâre having trouble getting the camera to autofocus on the subject or the camera does not self-adjust, please ensure all relevant software is running the latest version.
Check that Windows Update is running and up to date.
Windows Update is a Microsoft service that automatically downloads and installs updates/drivers over the internet to the operating system.
Update your GROUP firmware.
To update your GROUP manually, you can download the latest firmware for GROUP from the Downloads page.Â
Note: Before you run the update, make sure the GROUP drivers have been completely installed and GROUP isnât in use by other applications.
Update your video conferencing platform application.

Troubleshoot with Camera Settings
If doing the above does not resolve your issue, you can try to manually change the focus with Camera Settings. Once installed, you can either toggle autofocus for GROUP in Camera Settings to reset it or you can turn it off and then adjust the focus manually by changing the slider in the application.
Download and install the Camera Settings app (you'll have to select your OS and OS version to display the available downloads).
Open Camera Settings on your conference room system.
You should see your GROUP camera feed, a focus slider, and autofocus toggle.
Toggle autofocus on/off.
Manually adjust focus with slider if autofocus doesnât reset.
