We're excited to announce our Logitech Room Booking! Designed to simplify and enhance room booking for admins and end users within your organization.

Logitech Room Booking allows employees to easily book meeting rooms using their existing work calendars, or directly from Tap Scheduler, ensuring that there is no additional friction and employees can easily book a space for their work.

All of the management for Logitech Room Booking is done from within your Sync portal, making it simple to manage your hardware, software, maps, and policies in one place. This makes it easier than ever to roll out updates and changes to your organization. With Sync, you can also utilize features like SSO for admin sign-in and customizable groups for rooms, all in a simple and scalable enterprise management solution.

To help existing Meetio users transition to the new Logitech Room Booking experience, we are providing a special offer outlined below:

What do you need to get started?

1) Logitech Sync account

Sync is the management portal that Logitech Room Booking utilizes to manage hardware, software, and policies. This will replace what you have with Meetio Admin today and will also let you set up admin users in your organization who can manage and maintain the Logitech room booking solution. You are already on your way if you already have a Sync account. If you do not have a Sync account, refer to our article on creating a Sync account.

2) Logitech Tap Scheduler

Logitech Room Booking runs solely on Logitech Tap Scheduler. If your organization has deployed Tap Scheduler, make sure to update to CollabOS 1.12.708 or higher.

If you have not yet deployed Tap Scheduler, we would like to work with you to help facilitate a smooth transition. Contact your Meetio/Logitech account manager to learn about our transition offers.

3) Essential room licenses

After the beta period for Logitech Room Booking, we will provide details on how to make this transition and continue to use Logitech Room Booking as part of your existing Meetio license contract. All existing Meetio customers will have their licenses upgraded to Logitech Essential, which includes access to Logitech Room Booking, Sync Remote UI Access, and more.ย
