Search, Find, and Book 

Logitech View offers an advanced, highly interactive office navigation experience beyond your basic static map. The interactive map shows your office layout, lets users navigate and zoom with touch controls, and displays real-time availability of meeting rooms and desks.

In addition to basic navigation, View’s search function helps users find what they need quickly, whether it’s searching for a conference room or a specific coworker. Users can also book available rooms directly from the screen.

View also provides an accurate, near real-time snapshot of what’s booked and available, showing which rooms and desks are free or occupied. Paired with workplace automation features like Auto Book and Release, we ensure room status across the office is always up to date. 

Easy to setup 

Getting started with Logitech View is simple. Begin by connecting your calendar resources, then uploading and populating your floor plans with points of interest, rooms, and desks. If you already use maps for Logitech Room or Desk Booking, you can use the ones you have already created.

Next, simply connect a RoomMate to a touchscreen display and select “Logitech View” as the service provider. 

Finally, back in the map editor in Logitech Sync, add the RoomMate device to your map, adjust the orientation to match the display’s placement, and you’re all set. Be sure to check out our setup guide for a more detailed run-through of the setup process.
