3. MeetUp 2 - Input + Output / Button functions

Input + Output

• USB C: connects to the meeting room computer; either a dedicated system or via BYOD.  This connection supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for single-cable connection (requires a compatible cable and computer)

• Power: connects to supplied power adapter

• HDMI in: connects to meeting room computer in BYOD mode

• HDMI out: connects to meeting room display in BYOD mode

• Ethernet: connects to network when used in BYOD mode

• WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac

Button Functions

Reset button 

To factory reset MeetUp 2, follow the instructions here.

Bluetooth button 

While MeetUp 2 does not include a remote control, it is compatible with the Rally Bar remote control which connects using Bluetooth Low Energy.  To pair one of these remote controls to MeetUp 2, please follow this link

Power button

Press and hold the Power button on the back for 1 second to power ON MeetUp 2

When powered on, press and hold the power button. In BYOD mode you’ll see an indicator counting down from 5. At the end of the countdown you can either:

1. Hold for another 3 seconds to reboot MeetUp 2, or

2. Hold for 10 seconds to force MeetUp 2 to shut down.
