Managing & Updating Sight
Remote Management
Sight can be managed from Sync Portal, Sync app, or Local Network Access. Sight is not updated directly. To update Sight, first update CollabOS on the Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini to which Sight is connected, then the update will be pushed automatically from the Rally Bar to Sight.
This applies whether Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini are used in Appliance or USB modes. Logitech Sight is updated when the Rally Bar/Rally Bar Mini it is connected to is updated. It does not update separately or on its own. The Sync app is not needed for USB mode.
Note: Rally Plus with Sight support is coming as a future update.
Updating when using Zoom Rooms
Rally Bar/Rally Bar Mini
When connected to Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini, Sight is updated by updating Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini; the update is passed through the Bar to Sight.

Zoom Room Appliance mode via ZDM
You can update Sight using Zoom Device Management service (ZDM). Please follow the instructions posted on Zoom’s Help Center.
You also need to allow Logitech Device Updates Web Service. For more information please see: 2.4 Firewall Settings - CollabOS Guide.
Updating when using Microsoft Teams Rooms
Rally Bar/Rally Bar Mini in Appliance Mode
When connected to Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini, Sight is updated by updating Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini; the update is passed through the Bar to Sight.

Resetting Sight
Power Cycling
Sight Sight can be power cycled by pressing and holding the device reset button (F in the image below) for 10 seconds until a beep is heard.
Factory Resetting
Sight can be factory reset by pressing and holding for 10 seconds both the device reset button (F) and one of the microphone mute buttons (D). After performing the reset steps Sight will sit idle for about 5 minutes before cycling its LED lights. Once the LED lights have completed cycling a solid color LED will appear indicating that your Sight is ready to be set up again.
