Guide to Updating Logitech Business Products

There are a few ways to update Logitech's business products, depending on which type of product you have and whether you want to perform the update remotely or in the room.

Note: if you do not see downloads available here or in the Sync Portal, your product may not have any updates available--please contact Support with questions.

Remote Management

  1. Logitech's Sync Portal is our recommended remote update platform, providing scheduled updates, bulk updates, update version management and more. Click here for our Sync Admin guide.

  2. Logitech's CollabOS devices (such as Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and Roommate) also support Local Network Access configuration, click here to learn more.

In Room

  1. Logitech's CollabOS devices (such as Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and Roommate) can be updated directly from the on-device settings (learn more here) or through the Sync App (learn more here)

  2. Logitech's Windows-based devices (such as Rally Plus or Group) can be updated by downloading your product's installer from our central downloads page

  3. Personal devices including our webcams and headsets can be updated through the LogiTune App
