Migrating from the Services Portal to Logitech Sync
This article explains how Logitech Services customers still using our Services Portal (select.logitech.com) need to migrate to Logitech Sync Portal (sync.logitech.com). If you still use the Services Portal, please keep reading; if you use Sync for all licensing and support tickets, you've already migrated and there's no need to continue.
Service Portal Retirement
The Logitech Services Portal will be discontinued as of September 30th, 2026, and all of its features and functionality have moved into the Logitech Sync Portal. Learn More
If you have any rooms or devices in the Services Portal that were manually added and do not yet exist in your Sync Organization, we encourage you to add them to Sync via one of the following options to make sure the devices get the full benefit of your service coverage.
Self Service Migration
If you have a manageable number of manually added devices and/or rooms in the Services Portal, you may set them up directly in Sync. If you need help, the Sync Admin Guide covers everything you need to know.
Request Assistance Migrating
If you have a significant number of manually added devices and/or rooms in the Services Portal and want help in migrating them over to Sync, please raise a support request from your Sync Organization for assistance.
