Out-of-Meeting Occupancy in Sync
Out-of-meeting occupancy refers to a feature introduced in Logitech Sync Plus that provides data regarding room occupancy even when conference cameras are not actively in use during meetings. Users can enable this feature within their device group settings by selecting the conference camera and ensuring that the "insights with sync plus or Logitech select" option is set to "always on." Accessing the data on the "insights" page in Sync allows users to examine room usage patterns, with purple data denoting meeting activity and grey data indicating room occupancy outside of scheduled meetings, facilitating data-driven decisions regarding room and device utilization.
Non-global Sync Plus Tenants
Customers on non-global sync tenants such as EU, France and Canada are still eligible for Logi Sync Plus support & services. But the Service SELECT Contracts portal cannot sync the data from Sync Portal in different regions (like Canada and Europe) due to Data Privacy/Storage.
For customers on the EU, French and Canadian Sync server: Organization, Room & Device details can be uploaded directly to Select Service portal without integrating with Sync.
