How to book a desk using Tune desktop
Prerequisites
In order to book desks with the Logitech Tune desktop app you will first need to sign in with an account that has been enabled for desk booking by your desk booking administrator.

These steps will walk you through the process of booking a desk using the Logitech Tune desktop app.
Open the Logitech Tune desktop app on your computer.
On the “Home” section below the calendar strip, you will see a purple “Book a desk” button. Click on this to initiate a desk booking.
You will have two options to book desks, “By location and preferences” and “Near a teammate”.
“By location and preferences” will take you to a floor map and suggest a location with desks available for you to book based on your preferences. You can change the date and time of the booking using the options at the top of the application window. If you wish to see more details on a desk, select it and you will see a screen with additional information.
“Near a teammate” will take you to a list of people in the office separated by teammate and everyone. Teammates will show just your added teammates that are in the office and everyone will show a list of everyone in the office. You can then select a person to book a desk near and be taken to a map showing a desk available near that person.
If your administrator has not uploaded floor maps yet you will see available desks in a list view
When you have found a desk that you wish to book, simply click on the purple “book” button located at the bottom of the desk detail screen
You will then be taken to a screen where you can choose to notify teammates of your booking. This will alert them and allow them to book a desk near you at the same time.
Once your booking is complete and you have chosen to notify your teammates or not you will get a booking confirmation screen.
This booking will now show up in the Logitech Tune app on the day you selected.
