Seamlessly Manage Flex Environments With Logitech Desk Booking

Logitech Desk Booking, accessible through the Logi Tune app on desktop or mobile, makes it easy for coworkers to plan their days onsite by enabling them to easily find a suitable spot with the right equipment and the right people nearby. The map gives a simple overview of available spaces as well as showing where coworkers are located. 

With Desk Booking wanted to put people in the center of the desk booking experience. Therefore, we have built-in in-app messaging, where employees can notify each other directly within the app to coordinate their onsite days and share desk bookings.

You can also add Logi Dock Flex, our managed docking station, for enhanced functionality such as automatic check-in and booking visualization. Employees will not only be able to see their names on the screen, but they will also be able to view their agenda and set an away message in case they leave their desks. 


Room Booking Made Easy

Logitech Room Booking integrates with leading calendar systems such as Office 365 and Google Calendar, allowing users to book rooms directly through their existing calendars. The bookings will be visualized on Tap Scheduler, and the traffic light colors will make misunderstandings impossible!

We’ve also streamlined the booking process with our Auto Book and Auto Release features, which are available for rooms equipped with a Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini. The sensors in these cameras detect occupancy: Auto Book automatically reserves a room when someone enters, while Auto Release frees up rooms if meetings end early or if scheduled attendees don’t show. This helps prevent "ghost meetings" (i.e., rooms that are booked but not used) and improves the availability of meeting spaces.
