1. Setting Up Your Service Account
This and following articles will explain how to set up your portal and activate your Select and Essential services (our Basic service is included with every business device purchase and does not require activation).
Activating and using Logitech Essential and Select services involves two portals to take full advantage of the services' features:
This is your home for service license management and support ticketing for licensed rooms and desks
Once licenses are assigned in the Services Portal, Sync is where you will interact with your premium software features like Remote UI, Alerts, Desk / Room Booking, Insights, and more

Services Portal Setup
Once your company purchases Select or Essential service, the purchasing contact will receive a welcome email with access and setup instructions.
This email typically arrives within 48 hours of completing your purchase, but may take up to 5 business days.
If you need to look for the email in your inbox, the sending email is "[email protected]" (please note, this is a no-reply, unmonitored address).
This is required for setup, so if your purchaser did not receive the welcome email, please reach out to our admin team at [email protected]m
Sync Portal Setup
If your company is already using Sync Portal, you do not need to set up a new account, and you can skip to the next step: 2. Adding Rooms and Desks
If you need to set up a Sync Portal account, you can visit the Logitech Sync Portal to set up an account, and reference our Sync Admin Guide for assistance.
Once your Sync account is set up, you can import your rooms and desks directly to the Service portal, to begin applying licenses
Note: if you choose not to set up a Sync account, Select users will still receive premium support benefits via the Services portal, but will not be able to use premium software features (all Essential features)
