Can I use MeetUp 2 as a camera with my Logitech Roommate?

Does MeetUp 2 offer the Speaker Boost feature?
No, this feature is currently exclusive to Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini.
What is the maximum USB cable length support for MeetUp 2?
MeetUp 2 comes bundled with a 9.84 ft (3m) USB-C to USB-C 2.0 cable. For reliable data transfer speeds when using a USB 2.0 cable, we would not recommend extending this distance past 16.40ft (5m).
For longer distances, we can recommend the Logitech Strong USB cable. It's available in 10m, 25m, and 45m (32.8 ft, 82 ft and 147.63 ft) lengths.
Where can I find my MeetUp 2 serial number?
You will find it located on the bottom side of the device, printed upon a purple sticker.
What is the maximum camera resolution of MeetUp 2?
MeetUp 2's camera supports a maximum resolution of 4K.
Note: When being used for video conferencing, the camera's maximum achievable resolution is determined by the video conferencing platform in use. To determine the maximum output video resolution supported by your preferred platform, please consult your preferred platforms documentation.
What is the maximum HDMI video output of MeetUp 2?
MeetUp 2's maximum HDMI output resolution is 1080p.
Can MeetUp 2 be used in Android-mode with a Tap/Tap IP controller?
No, MeetUp 2 is a BYOD / USB device that is designed to utilize a host compute device for connectivity. Compute devices that support the use of Tap or Tap IP can use MeetUp 2 as the video conferencing device, with the associated Tap as the controller. Please see our MeetUp 2 wiring guide for additional information.
Does MeetUp 2 support external microphones / mic pods?
No, MeetUp 2 does not support external microphones or mic pods.
Does MeetUp 2 support DisplayPort Alt mode? (AKA DP Alt Mode)
MeetUp 2 supports DisplayPort Alt Mode. However USB 2.0 cables (such as the one included in the package) are not compatible with DisplayPort Alt Mode. To use DisplayPort Alt Mode with MeetUp 2, a user-supplied compatible cable must be used. Logitech offers a 5m Active USB 3.1 Gen 2 Cable which supports DisplayPort Alt Mode.
To output 4k video from MeetUp 2, a USB 3.0 or higher cable is needed. To determine the maximum output video resolution supported by your preferred platform, please consult your preferred platform's documentation.
How can I adjust the volume of MeetUp 2?
Since MeetUp 2 is designed as a USB/BYOD device, you can utilize your host computer's volume output as the controller for overall system output volume.
To do so, just ensure the MeetUp 2 is set as your primary output device in your computer's sound settings. From here, your computer's volume will control the MeetUp 2 speaker output volume.
Another option to control volume on MeetUp 2 is utilizing a remote. While MeetUp 2 does not include a remote control, it is compatible with the Rally Bar remote control which connects using Bluetooth Low Energy. To pair one of these remote controls to MeetUp 2, please follow this link
