Setting Up Rally Bar Huddle

This article provides all the necessary guides for setting up your Rally Bar Huddle.

Mounting

Rally Bar Huddle can be mounted in several ways, with either the included multi-mount or with the Logitech TV Mount for Video Bars (sold separately).

Using the included multi-mount, you can mount your Rally Bar Huddle to a table, the TV display, or a wall. Directions for each of these options can be found here: Rally Bar Huddle Multi-Mount Guide.

If you have purchased, and wish to use, the TV Mount for Video Bars you will also need a set of 2 additional screws. These screws are sized 1/4-20 at approximately 9-10mm long. These screws can be found online and in most hardware stores.

Wiring

Rally Bar Huddle is currently supported with Tap IP. Tap support will be available soon.

  • Display connected to Rally Bar Huddle

  • Tap IP running CollabOS 1.9 or higher (CollabOS 1.13 for Google Meet)

  • For Microsoft Teams, Zoom Room and Google Meet users, both devices must have the same subnet IP address

LNA (local network access)

This requires:

  • The device must have an Ethernet connection (recommended) or Wi-Fi connection with a valid IP address

  • Your computer must have a compatible web browser that can access the device IP address through the network. Be sure the device and computer using Local Network Access are on the same IP address and subnet range
