No, Rally Board 65 does not support the use of a universal remote.

Is the Rally Board 65 camera motorized?

The Rally Board 65 camera offers motorized tilt and privacy functionality. When Rally Board 65 is oriented with the camera above, the camera automatically tilts downward. When Rally Board 65 is oriented with the camera on the bottom, it does not tilt the camera. When no call is in progress, the camera rotates automatically out of view for privacy.

Note:  Rally Board 65’s motorized tilt is not user controlled.
